A bonus on our trip was a stop by an active monastary. Our guide (pink shirt on the left) explained the bass relief carvings on the door.

Inside was a nice chapel, with an organ in a loft at the back. Pardon the fuzzy shot, there wasn't much light and I didn't have a tripod (and would have felt out of place using one if I did have one).

At the chancel were some wonderful mosaics, which apparently had been covered with rubble for a number of years and recently (for European values of recent) uncovered.

The knight is driving the beast toward the outside walls of the church.

Sunday found our intrepid shoppers back in L'Isle sur la Sorgue, and then on the the Lavender Museum. My camera settings got bumped and I didn't get a decently exposed shot of the outside of the museum.
