Bruce's younger brother David recently moved from Roiatan, Honduras to Pinetop-Lakeside, AZ,
a small town in the northeastern part of the state. Our original plan was
to drive straight there, but there aren't many Tesla superchargers in eastern Arizona.
Here is the straight through route.
We did some calculations and decided that we needed to charge more times before we
got there. The route we thought about was somewhat circuitous but we would be able
to charge several times along the route.
We started along that route. At the first supercharger in Tempe, we looked at the map
again and discovered a charger in Payson that considerably shortened our trip.
David joined us for dinner at a local steak house. After dinner, we sat around in his
living room and visited for a while.
At the end of the day, we had driven 361 miles.
