Day 7, Saturday 4/8/23, Alexandria to New Orleans

Rather uneventful travel today (Hurray!). We drove to Baton Rouge, stopping at a McDonald's in Bunkie for breakfast. Charged up in Baton Rouge then on to New Orleans. The supercharger in NOLA was on the second floor of a parking garage. The car gave us the code for getting the door to the garage to open. While the car was charging, we watched a documentary on NetFlix on the big screen of the Tesla.

We're staying at a Wyndham hotel in the French Quarter. We're on the fifteenth floor. Here is a view from our window.

We liked the ironwork on the balconies of the buildings in the French Quarter.

We had an excellent dinner at Arnaud's. Bruce took a video of our Bananas Foster being prepared.

We forgot to take a picture of the odometer before the valet took our car (the hotel has only valet parking). Using the Tesla App on my phone, I calculated that we drove 215 miles today.
